It depends on the list of colleges but St. Xavier's, Mithibai, Jai Hind, K J Somaiya, etc.
These are the colleges which can expect cut-off of 85% for 12th.

It is tough to answer without knowing your stream. If you want to go for professional course like engineering and medical sciences, then you have to face competitive exam. And, if you want to enroll in Delhi university, then you need to fill their form. Admission will be according to merit list only. However, some good college also takes interview after this.

Mumbai University Eligibility Criteria for Ph.D:
A candidate should fulfill any of the following criterion in order to apply for Ph.D research programme at Mumbai University:
1. Candidates should hold Masters Degree/ M.Phil Degree in relevant discipline from a recognised university with minimum 55% marks in total for general category and 50% marks in case of reserved category.

BCI does not allow studying law part time if you want to become a lawyer. For that, you are supposed to pursue a 5 year or 3 year LL.B. Course. However, otherwise, you can very much learn law part time, through correspondence courses or online.
