To get admission in MBA Course you need to complete your Graduation degree course because MBA is the 2 year Post graduate degree course. After completing your Graduate degree course you are eligible to take admission in MBA Course.
But the Eligiblity Criteria may vary form colleges to colleges.
The Admission in MBA Course are based on entrance examination like CAT/MAT/GMAT/XAT etc.

In order to take CAT test the candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply.
Please note that after completing graduation through distance education it would not be possible for you to get admission in good B-school to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program.

Below is the JEE Advanced 2014 Eligibility Criteria:
Only top 1,50,000 candidates (including all categories) out of the qualifying candidates in Paper - I of JEE (Main) - will be eligible to appear for JEE (Advanced) .
Distribution of top 1,50,000 candidates across various categories is as follows:
Top 75750 (50.5 %) Common Merit List
Top 40500 (27%) Other Backward Classes-Non creamy layer OBC (NCL)
Top 22500 (15 %) Scheduled Caste (SC)
Top 11250 (7.5 %) Scheduled Tribe (ST)
3% of the total candidates in each category are reserved for PD candidates as per GoI norms

It feels good to see your concern about your sister's career. Since you have not mentioned her 12th stream & her area of interests so its tough to give proper advice. There are plenty of options in the fields of management, engineering, medical, teaching, banking, law etc So, you've to check her caliber, interest & then choose accordingly. And yes, don't force your decision on her, let her decide what she can do the best. Just guide her, she will do well.
