To get admission in MBA Course you need to complete your Graduation degree course because MBA is the 2 year Post graduate degree course. After completing your Graduate degree course you are eligible to take admission in MBA Course.
But the Eligiblity Criteria may vary form colleges to colleges.
The Admission in MBA Course are based on entrance examination like CAT/MAT/GMAT/XAT etc.
Top Business schools accepts the CAT Examination score and also conducts the Group discussion and personal Interview and If you have scored good percentile in CAT examination and also cracked the Interview and Group Discussion, then you will get admission in MBA Course in top Business schools.

All three specializations are best at their places & have good career prospects. You have to decide which is best for you among them. I can give you small brief about all three specializations then you can check which field you find interesting & would like to study & make your career in that.
Food Technology: Food technology is a branch of science in which the food science is applied in manufacturing and pr of food products. The food technologists study the chemical, physical and microbiological makeup of the food. The food is processed, preserved, packaged and stored according to the specifications by industry and government. The research and development in food technology has resulted into the production of safe and nutritious foods. The food processing industries manufacture a large variety of food products. They include the primary foods like rice and wheat products, oil, sugar and pulses. They are processed to convert into edible form. Food technology courses can be a good career option. There is increasing scope of food technology courses in India.
There is good scope of food technology courses which offer numerous job opportunities in various areas. One can get jobs in food processing industries, research laboratories, hotels, soft drink factories, quality control, rice mills, manufacturing industries and distilleries.
Biotechnology: The applications of this branch of science are vast and simply mind-boggling. On one hand, it caters to the industrial sector such as food and beverages industry, textiles industry, biological products, medicines and pharmaceuticals while on the other hand this branch of science caters to the requirements of agriculture, animal husbandry, nutrition and environmental conservation. The list is a long and an envious one.
What's more, the branch of science we are talking about is in itself not confined or bound as a single discipline. Rather it is an interdisciplinary branch of science that is rapidly gaining significance and opportunities for youngsters who want to explore the new frontiers of science are immense.
Dairy technology: It is a branch of technology which includes necessary training and guidance for the processing, packaging, transportation, storage and distribution of all the products related to dairy in one way or the other. This field of technology is dependent on the principles of other branches of science including bacteriology, nutrition and biochemistry.

In order to take CAT test the candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply.
Please note that after completing graduation through distance education it would not be possible for you to get admission in good B-school to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program.

Below is the JEE Advanced 2014 Eligibility Criteria:
Only top 1,50,000 candidates (including all categories) out of the qualifying candidates in Paper - I of JEE (Main) - will be eligible to appear for JEE (Advanced) .
Distribution of top 1,50,000 candidates across various categories is as follows:
Top 75750 (50.5 %) Common Merit List
Top 40500 (27%) Other Backward Classes-Non creamy layer OBC (NCL)
Top 22500 (15 %) Scheduled Caste (SC)
Top 11250 (7.5 %) Scheduled Tribe (ST)
3% of the total candidates in each category are reserved for PD candidates as per GoI norms
-Candidates must be born on or after October 01, 1989 (after October 01, 1984 for SC/ST/PwD candidates)
-Candidates must have secured 60% (55% for SC/ST/PD) in their Class XII or equivalent examination if they have passed for the first time.
-Candidates must be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards and categories
