In the morning you can do B.Tech which will helpful to you in the morning schedule. Once you finish your B.Tech classes in the morning schedule you can do a course on animation in the evening.
This is will not disturb your schedule.

You must take MPC which is needed for architecture. MPC will give you a basic idea for Maths,Physics in Architecture. Commerce will never help you in this regard.

It is always to clear your backlog before the final semester. if you have not finished then you will loose one year in education. Here you cannot do MBA without clearing your backlog.
