Admission to reputed Engg colleges for B.E is done through AIEEE exam and the 58% you got (I assume in XIIth std) will not come in your way to give the exam. The 2nd option is to go for the provate colleges. But you must give AIEEE exam as it is the focal point for admissions in any engg college.

If you are minimum a graduate and in the age bracket of 21 to 30 years then you can target UPSC 2012 exam as the 1st attempt ( 4 attempts are allowed). For this the notification would come in Feb-March 2012 and the exam is generally held in May or June. You can apply online also. In Delhi All Colleges are good else in NCR Ymca Fairdabad is Good and also a Govt. College Else ITM Gurgaon , Manva rachna , Galgotia are good Colleges as they r all private colleges there Fees Structure is Very High Else there is no top Colleges all r Just Private colleges Including these 3 colleges.All r Same.
