Dear your question is confusing one, first you are saying that you want to join Navya and again asking for being a Pilot.
Steps and Phases one have to pass before becoming a Pilot
Student Pilot License (SPL): It is an exam conducted by most of flying clubs. It cobers theoretical papers on subjects like- Air Regulations, Air Navigation etc. (Pilot Aptitude Test).
Eligibility: Candidate must be at least 16 years of age and must have passed 10th. A medical certificate of fitness, security clearance and a bank guarantee if Rs. 10,000/- are required.

If you could tel your field of interest then i could suggest you.On the whole if you are quite sharp at mind give a try with IITJEE and AIEEE they are the entrance exams to IIT and NIT.If you do your engineering there you'll have a good reputation and a really good experience in life as well. Don't worry about jobs it'll come to your hands :) if you have 60% in 12th you can give a try or else try to join some private institutes and do your under-graduation good and do your higher in IIT or NIT
