I guess you mean to say that you wish to study PG Diploma in computing & wish to take your spouse along with you to NZ. If my assumption is correct, then you need to improve your IELTS score to 6.5 overall (academic module); with 6 bands you won't get admission into PG Diploma in Computing. You can enrol for Graduate Diploma in Computing, Your spouse may accompany you to NZ on visit visa not on work visa. If you enrol in PGDip Computing, your spouse will get work visa. No MAT score is valid for a year but if cut off of any institute is going to announce in or after september than college may refuse to accept this score.

There are many institutes which offers courses in video editing but then getting a degree program in the same is less of a possibility as this is a module course and often of a short duration program.
