There are good scope in this field fields where BBA graduates can get good jobs. Graduates of business management can get jobs in foreign countries too. To get these jobs, it is required for aspirants to have a good English knowledge. Besides this, they also need to have a passion towards their field of study.
BBA graduates can get jobs as executive trainee or management trainee with any of the sectors mentioned below:
- Advertising Agencies
- Banking
- Finance
- Consultancy
- Consumer Durable Companies
- FMCG
- IT Companies
Salary package will depend on the company hiring you and how good are your negotiating skills; it may vary from 10k 20k. Employers want people who have proven themselves both academically and at the time of interview. For higher Career growth, you definitely need to go for higher studies i.e. MBA.

The eligibility criteria for admission in ASBM for 2 years full time residential PGDM programme is graduation with minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved category) from any recognized university. Candidates who want to take admission in our college will have to qualify either in CAT / XAT./ MAT / CMAT Based on the performance in CAT / XAT./ MAT / CMAT and past academic performance, the candidates will be short listed for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
The final selection of candidate will be based on the performance of the candidate in GD & PI. Candidates can login to our website www.asbm.ac.in and fill in the Online Application form to apply us or can also obtain the ASBM application form along with the information bulletin from our Corporate Office or Campus Office. The application form can also be downloaded from our website. The fee of Rs. 950/- (Rupees Nine Hundred Fifty Only) for the application form along with the information bulletin has to be paid by Bank Draft drawn in favour of "Asian School of Business Management" payable at Bhubaneswar or by online for online application forms at www.asbm.ac.in.

The Training and Placement Unit of the Institute is responsible for providing world class job opportunities to the undergraduate and postgraduate students after graduation for suitable jobs in the industry and various private and public sector organizations.
No institute can guarantee you placements. It's just purely based on how you utilize your abilities and skills at the right time. I would suggest you to contact the training and placement department personally for accurate numbers.
Salary is a function of various factors - i.e. (i) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile (iii) city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns. (iv) Your current organization - i.e. where you will be joining - an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organizations. (v) Your work profile i.e. Manager/ AVP, etc. Thus one cannot allocate a figure.
