You can opt for MBA in IT if you are keen in going for IT infrastructure or Management. And there are other options also for MBA in IT like recruitment, IT planning etc. MBA in e-commerce you can choose if you look for option in developing website platform for e-commerce and software designing in these platforms. There is only one option available in e-commerce which is good for your career. Otherwise MBA in IT have more options.

Jaipuria Institute of Management Noida is ranked 60 as per Business World 2014 ranking and 98 as per Indian Today 2015 ranking. Therefore, I will recommend JIM Noida over UPES.

Yes, You can definitely apply for an MBA course as you're a graduate. The minimum eligibility requirement for applying in a good MBA college is to have 55% marks (60% in case of top leading institutions) in graduation. And, a valid competitive exam score. I would recommend CAT & XAT, as these two exam scores are accepted by most of the academic institutions.

You are eligible to appear for BBA admission without Maths in 13th classs in majority of universities. However you will have to clear mandatory Maths subjects in BBA syllabus.

Many business schools offer various courses in Singapore. You can apply directly and get admissions. No need of IELTS to apply. You also should no students are not allowed to do part time job in Singapore.
For NUS. and Govt university you need around 90% marks and have to apply well in advance.

Eligibility criteria for BCA is +2 with 50% and above marks from a recognized board. Most university also have criteria of mandatory Maths at +2 stage for BCA admission. Most of the universities conduct their own BCA entrance examination.
