You have following options to study IT after 12th Science:
(a) BTech Computer Science/ IT/ Software Engineering. It will require 4 years of study
(b) BCA/ BSc CS/IT. It will require 3 years of study. However this may not give a high salary job. You will be required to study up to MCA which will take another 3 years after BCA. You may do MSc CS after BSc CS or IT and it will take 2 more years of education.

You can apply for CA after your 10+2 (12thboards). You can fill the CA foundation level form online from ICAI website that is cpt form. For this you have to give 9000 rupee to the icai then you can fill the form.
