Your 12th marks is very less than required marks. So, I don't think there is any chance of getting admission on basis of this marks. Good luck.

yes you can get any low label nit collage for your favourite train
but in top level collage you can't find your favourite traid

first do btech then go for indian army
or firstly go army via nda u have bsc degree and afterward u join distance btech in 2nd year
but 1st option is best

In general the fees depends upon what course u r enrolling for. please don't waste your money in training yourself for cabin crew or ground staff. if you want to get into these, you will be trained by the respective airline according to their criteria.
if you want to go ahead with airport management or ticketing. I suggest go for IATA based courses. you can opt for MBA in aviation or airport management too.
Ofcourse, if you want to be a pilot, u need to get a CPL which costs anything between 23 to 35 lakhs depending upon the institution

Why dont you do bsc biotech and msc and phd biotech
