You should take a decision regarding the course keeping in mind your aptitude, interest ans career aspiration. BMS is a generic course and will post graduation you need to pursue a specialisation where as BBI is a specialised course & post its completion you may be required to pursue further studies in related subjects itself.

I do not know what do you mean by cultural change. in fact corporate prefers a candidate coming from various mixed culture. as far as failure concern, that may impact your placement but not the career. Doing any course won't change anything, better focus on your own development

So, if you wanna be a naturopathy doctor in India, there’s a set way to do it.

First, you gotta complete a BNYS degree from a recognized college. Then, there’s a one-year internship where you actually get to practice naturopathy and yoga at hospitals or health centers.

After that, you need to register with the proper authority, and only then can you officially start working as a naturopathy doctor.

Hi Sanat,
Both the curses are good, the main point is your area of interest.
To pursue engineering, it is important that you choose the right college after entrance examination as there is huge competition and jobs are available but with preference to top colleges.
On the other hand, Hotel Management has opportunities all across, Travel and Hospitality industry is at a boom and offers jobs not only in India but abroad as well.
I would summarize by saying that you should go with your interest.
