Generally there is no stream or branch to choose from on BCA. Some universities do allow students to choose thier few electives. You may confirm what are the choices being offered by your college for an appropriate advice.

Gitam University Bangalore is a new engineering college about which fewer students know about. It is a deemed university and is into research. Last year, the highest package was 27 LPA which was given by a German company to a robotics engineering student. It has the best infrastructure in Bangalore and the best hostel facilities but the fee is 2.5 lakhs per year for people who have written Gitam's entrance exam. For Karnataka, people who have written KCET exam, it is less around 50k +25k tuition per year. Overall, Gitam is the best university for CSE.

You can take the state level engineering exams and apply to reputed colleges such as School of Aeronautics, Alwar, Alliance College of Engineering and Design etc. To increase your chances of placements work hard on your academics. If you have excellent grades and project works during your Bachelor's chances of getting placed will be good. 60% is alright and there is nothing to worry. You can check this list

Those are the top fields in commerce but you can do BBA, BBM, BCS, B.Com, law and hotel management. Other than that you have options of short term diploma was like diploma in taxation, diploma in finance and accounting, diploma in import and export, diploma in foreign trade or you can learn any foreign language.

Being a brahmin will not guarantee admission in Sastra as the admission is merit based. If you have a JEE score of above 120 you can get admitted in Sastra. Stream 2 is difficult for you.
