I suggest you to go through B.Tech as it is good and has more demand in near future also.
If you not applied for any B.Tech college then don't worry there are many college which takes admission through 12th marks.

You can do graduation in any subject, depending on your interest.
Explore places around you that you want to specialize in.
You can join a diploma program on Tourism as well.
Enhance your communication and Public relation skills.
Be open to take challenges and get connected to Ministers of Tourism, various Monumental walks, etc.
