Andhra Pradesh EAMCET 2018 counselling will be held online. The process comprises 4 steps including payment of fees, document verification, choice filling and reporting to the allotted institute. Presidency University, Bangalore is a private university established under the Karnataka State Law, by Act No. 41 of 2013. It is not affiliated to any university as it itself is a university.
An autonomous college is a college which is affiliated to a university, but which has an internal management of syllabus and examination.
In a private university, the syllabus is designed by the university, and the exam as well as the evaluation too is done by the university.

You can check the reviews of college and I think you are eligible for political Science. Because last year, the cut-off closed at 86% for general category.
