Please check for your eligibility to pursue this course from the criteria mentioned at the link provided below:
Basic eligibility requires candidates to have cleared their class 12 exams with a minimum pass mark of 50% with Mandatory Subjects : Chemistry, Zoology, Botany.
Eligible candidates need to appear for entrance test conducted by the Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJM University Entrance Test). Admission is based on the marks obtained in entrance test. Regards.

Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Hansraj College and Lady Shriram College for Women (LSR) are the three colleges under DU that offer vocational B.Com course. Apart from DU colleges, you can also consider these colleges:

There are various good private engineering colleges in Delhi/NCR. Whether you will get admission without entrance exam or not is hard to tell. It depends on the college. You can inquire by yourself in colleges you want admission in. Management Quota is there but you have to enquire in colleges about it.
