BPT Course: Eligibility
Candidates wishing to pursue the course are needed to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria listed below in order to apply for the course:
Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification, completed from a recognised university, in the Science stream, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects. A minimum aggregate score of 50% or equivalent CGPA at the 10+2 level (45% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates). Regards.

JEE marks are not necessary to get into IISERs.
There are three ways-
1. JEE Mains exam and JEE Advanced exam (Top 10,000).
3. KVPY qualifiers can apply for 25 to 50 % of the seats.
4. There is an exam for which Board marks are the cut-off. There is an exam taken by IISER.
Same is for IISc and there is NISER Bhubaneswar, which a lot of people don't know about.
