You can open. However you have a Pathologist with you, because it has become medico legally compulsory to validate the pathology reports with a Pathologist's sign. As a technician you cannot have your sign on the reports.

It is depend upon you that in which field you want to go. And if this is the overall percentage then it is hard to get admission in any college because every college provide the criteria of minimum 50%. And you didn't mention in what you get these marks.
