Company Secretaries deal with legal aspects in the management of a company. They keep company's records; complete tax returns; advise the Board of Directors.
How to get there- After +2 a student is eligible to take the Foundation Course. Examination can be taken twice a year, in June and December.
Candidates who pass the Foundation examination are eligible to seek registration as students to the Company Secretary ship Course. The course completes after a preliminary, intermediate and final examination.
Final Examination can be taken after 18 months of enrolling in the course and having undergone satisfactory postal or oral tuition for the particular group of final examination. Enrollment is open throughout the year. For appearing in the June examination, enrollment is on up to -September and for appearing in December examination, enrollment is completed by March.
Practical experience ranging from two to three years or Management Training for 15 months and four months practical training in a company which is arranged by the Institute is also required. After qualifying in the Final examination and undergoing practical training, a candidate is eligible to be admitted as an Associate Member. Senior Associate members may be entitled to become Fellows. Admission is open to anyone who has passed the graduate examination of a university in India or any other equivalent qualification or those who have taken the foundation examination.

1. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor’s degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects
2. Else if you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to go for a regular masters degree in a relevant discipline and clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.
