Hi,
Company Secretaries deal with legal aspects in the management of a company. They keep company's records; complete tax returns; advise the Board of Directors.
How to get there- After +2 a student is eligible to take the Foundation Course. Examination can be taken twice a year, in June and December.
Candidates who pass the Foundation examination are eligible to seek registration as students to the Company Secretary ship Course. The course completes after a preliminary, intermediate and final examination.
Final Examination can be taken after 18 months of enrolling in the course and having undergone satisfactory postal or oral tuition for

1. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor’s degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects
2. Else if you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to go for a regular masters degree in a relevant discipline and clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of educatio
