There are no. of groups or college in Rajasthan, which offer this course in various streams like CS,ME, EE, Civil, EC, Mechatronics etc. & colleges are MNIT, LNMIT, Sikkim Manipal University, ANAND- ICE in Jaipur. You can visit these college for getting the information related to placement, education, infrastructure, abroad summer training, experienced faculties, Fee structure, etc. then you should decide.

Since you are from commerce stream and I assume you know basic computing then I would suggest to go with Accounting package like Tally, etc. Apart from this Graphic Designing/Animation, short programming course, Hardware & Networking suit you.

Dear, this stream is all about Computer Sciences, programming languages, software development and testing, networking etc.
Job opportunities are available for CSE candidate in Government as well as Private sector like Software developer, game designer, app innovator, even after CSE you go for MBA, DRDO, etc. So, there are enough scope, if you have enough knowledge.
There are certain college in which you can choose one of them like Manipal University, SKIT, Anand International College of Engineering etc. in Rajasthan.
