today Mtech is better option after BE , MBA is also good but when you do MBA from top business schools like IIMS, ISB, FMS, ICFAI, Symbiosis, XLRI, IIFT and after that you can pursue PHD this is best for teaching line , or if you want to go in networking line he you can prepare for certifiction like LINUX, CCN, MCSE etcg today certification have more value and also helpful get good job in networking field in any good organization
