As per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your graduation and then pursue MBA as it will further enhance your career prospects.
As you wish to pursue MBA in HR, so once you complete your graduation you may look for some entry level job in HR field, and gain experience for 1-2 years and after that you may pursue MBA-HR, it will surely enhance your career prospects.

today Mtech is better option after BE , MBA is also good but when you do MBA from top business schools like IIMS, ISB, FMS, ICFAI, Symbiosis, XLRI, IIFT and after that you can pursue PHD this is best for teaching line
