Yes dear, you are eligible for admission in Diploma (Engg.) Civil Engineering (CE) programme under Lovely Professional University . 

 The course is designed as a skill enable program, the students actually learn by doing and progress from basics to higher order skills like planning, designing and maintaining small and large structures. Diploma graduates can start entrepreneurial ventures or can pursue higher studies.

The eligibility criteria is -

Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10th (with Mathematics, Science and English) or equivalent. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium or an equivalent subject. 

The programme fees per semester is 50000 INR, without any scholarship. As you get excellent percentage in 10th class, so you are eligible for upto 60% scholarship in programme fees. However, in order to get more scholarship , you can apply for LPUNEST test . Apart from this, other scholarships that offer under this course are mentioned below -
