Select Online Pre-Admission Form link as per the course.
Fill the details and click on Submit button.
After filling the form completely, an application number will be generated.
Proceed to pay the application fees. Candidates will get payment confirmation mail.
Save the duly filled in form and get the hardcopy (print out) of the form.
