Firstly, I would like to congratulate you for thinking of going for PG. But why part time? It means you are working at the moment. If so, then you need to look for college in the place where you are working and not somewhere else. Shiksha app will give you information, as to availability of college. But why PG in engineering? I would rather advise you to go for some course available online with universities like IGNOU which are in line with your work. Just think over it. Okay? Best wishes to you.

Fundamentally the syllabus if both these exams is similar. Of course, former is as per syllabus of state board while latter is as per CBSE syllabus. But then, JEE is different cup of tea. Fundamentals are required to be upto date. Hence, it follows that if a student is preparing for JEE, then I am sure it will be much simpler to clear MH-CET. You will have to google for information on the latest books. As counsellor we cannot rec a particular book. Best wishes to you.
