A student's comprehension and analysis of written content, along with their command of language and grammar, are evaluated in the SAT Reading & Writing portion. It is separated into two smaller sections: Language and Reading and Writing. Texts from literature, historical records, the social sciences, and the natural sciences make up the reading section. The questions that students must respond to assess their comprehension of the passage's meaning, tone, structure, and the author's use of language and evidence. The Writing and Language part assesses clarity, sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation. Students must find and fix mistakes or enhance the passage's overall impact to pass these questions, which present passages with underlined sections. Critical thinking, situational awareness, and a solid command of linguistic standards are necessary for both subsections. The objective is to assess a student's preparedness for reading and writing assignments at the college level, emphasising abilities like inference, contextual vocabulary, and text editing and revision for coherence and clarity.

The examination is divided into five sections: 

•Algebra

•Advanced Math

•Problem solving and Data analysis

•Geometry and Trigonometry. 

Algebra includes Solving linear equations, Interpreting linear functions, Linear in-equalities, Graphing linear equations, Linear function word problems, Systems of linear inequalities word problems, Solving systems of linear equations, Structure in expressions, Isolating quantities.

Advanced Math includes Exponential Radicals and rational exponents, word problems, Operations with rational expressions and polynomials, Polynomial factors and graphs, Nonlinear equation graphs, Solving quadratic equations, graphs, Interpreting nonlinear expressions, Quadratic word problems, Linear and quadratic systems, Key features of graphs.

 Problem Solving and Data Analysis includes Rates, Ratios and Proportions, Direct and Inverse proportions, Percentages, Units, Probability, Center, spread, and shape of distributions, Data collection and conclusions, Table data, Sampling data, Scatter plots, Data inferences, Inference from sample statistics and margin of error, Evaluating statistical claims: observational studies and experiments. 

Geometry and Trigonometry includes Congruence of triangles, Similarity of triangles, Mean proportionality in Similar triangles and Quadrilaterals, Right triangle, Right Triangle word problems, Circle, Circle Equations, Circle theorems, Angles, Arc lengths and area of sectors, Trigonometric functions, Complementary relation in trigonometry.

The SAT exam's syllabus has indeed shrunk since it went digital. The test's overall length and question count have been shortened, which is one of the most noticeable modifications. Instead of lasting three hours as it did in the past, the digital SAT is only two hours long. The new exam comprises 98 questions instead of the 154 in the old paper-based version, which is a significant reduction in question count. Additionally, instead of having distinct sections for Reading, Writing, Math, and an optional Essay, the new SAT only consists of two primary portions: Math and Reading and Writing (combined). While some sections, such sentence correction, have been removed, the test's content has been simplified to concentrate more on useful, real-world abilities like reading comprehension, problem-solving, and data analysis. With these modifications, the test will still evaluate the fundamental abilities needed for college readiness while being more effective, user-friendly, and pertinent to contemporary educational demands.

·      The UAB MBA programme is decision-oriented, focusing on key aspects of modern administration, and it seeks to prepare graduates for leadership roles in business, industry, government, or social services

·      Students may choose to customize their degree through a concentration in entrepreneurship, finance, health services, management information systems, or marketing

·      Students will study courses like- Information Security Management, Real Estate Decision Analysis, Managerial Communication Skills, Human Resource Administration, International Business Policy, etc.
