That would be a great choice .I would like you to understand one thing that choose a branch which you are interested in.There is a lot of scope in future in electronics and telecom branch as govt. is investing in this field.As far as getting admission into a colg is easy.Either you can give private entrance tests or jee exam,it depends on you.As you have done diploma you would have an upper hand in colg.You would be more knowledgeable compared to others. Marks are an eligibility criteria for selection to admission process. Later it all depends on how you perform in MP, GD, written skills and interview for converting the admission.
