In regards to your question, whether there is any difference in Correspondence and Regular course, i would say it varies from one subject to the other also from one degree to the other. Hi,
first of all you should not worry about your career because worry is not a solution. as concern you exam score you can wait for result of part-III and or this you should be give your more efforts than current. you can also switch your job to your concern sector as a fresher it will help you to get more better job in feature.
you can also learn computer courses concerned with your field like computer accountant, tally, bussy sap etc.
