Hello Afzal,
There are many more exams other than CAT like MAT, XAT (XLRI), SNAP (Symbiosis), etc.
I would ask you to focus on CAT.
If you happen to prepare for CAT well, you will easily get through other exams as well.
MAT is the easiest of them all.
XAT for XLRI is little tough than CAT.
For SNAP and XAT, a little more practice is required for English section.
Nothing is tough if you are determined though.
Go through the syllabus first.
