Firstly you have to satisfy minimum eligibility criteria as 55%(45% for SC/ST) marks in BSc or qualifying degree and minimum 50% marks in exam.

AKTU is a private university there is no as such basic cut off that you needed for this, under AKTU there are many colleges depends on in which college you are seeking admission and you can seek admission by counselling and there is no such exam for that , admission can be on the basis of your 12th percentage which is different for every department in some colleges it is 60% in biotechnology department, 68% for microbiology.
