However, international students can apply for private pans with a cosigner who is a U.S. permanent resident. At the same time, international UG students are considered for merit scholarships by the admissions office as a part of admission to the university.To reduce their educational costs, international students must research and explore all funding options, including financial aid, scholarships, loans, private organizations, etc.
