Hi,
If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this course you need to have atleast 50% marks in graduation.
So if you get less then 50% marks in graduation in that case I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education as in order to pursue distance MBA program you need to be graduate in any field.
However with less then 50% marks in graduation you may look for IIPM or IILM to pursue full time PGDM program.

I don't think Rushabh that you can change your institute mid way to that other one in another country. You may have to begin fresh. I suggest to complete you BBA in the same institute and then plan higher studies abroad.
