Selecting a branch is entirely your decision. You should focus on what all you will study in each branch and choose a branch according to your interest and skills.

As per your query it seems that you wish to become a commercial pilot so for your reference find below the eligibility criteria to become a commercial pilot:
You must have completed your Class XII under the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and Physics.
Training in commercial flying can be taken with Flying clubs, the Rashtriya Udan Academy, Private Flying academies.
The training goes through 3 stages of licence.
The licences have to be procured in the following order :
1. Student Pilot Licence (SPL)
2. Private Pilot Licence (PPL)
3. Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
- After Class XI/XII (with PCM) students can apply for the SPL.
- On passing Class XII(PCM) they may enroll for the next licence -PPL.
- On getting the PPL training begins for CPL.
Details of the Licences:
Student pilot licence can be taken at flying clubs in every State . It is a theory exam.
Eligibility - Age of 16 years minimum and pass in Class X. A medical certificate of fitness, security clearance and a bank guarantee is required.
Selection - Candidates taking the SPL test have to appear in an oral examination on a fixed day every month. Candidates have to enroll a month before the examination. Selected candidates go through a medical test and the Pilot Aptitude Test.
Private pilot licence is a practical training. A total of 60 hours of flying is needed of which 20 hours minimum should be solo and 5 hours cross country.There is a theory examination also.
Commercial pilot licence requires flying training for 190 hours to complete 250 hours of flying.

The other option is to look at the role of a business analyst focused on the HR function in an IT department/firm, where you act as a bridge between the business and the IT teams and analyse the business needs, requirements etc.Your SAP-HR course will help you in both situations, but will surely give you an edge if you go for the business analyst role. The fact that you come from a technical background (with good scores) will also strengthen your chances for the business analyst role. Once you decide which line you want to go for, you should do an internship in a relevant (in demand) area, which will give you an edge when you start working.
Post an MBA, you can go for the "non-technical areas" in an IT company, like business analysis/consulting , pre sales/sales or the traditional areas like HR, marketing, finance etc. Your prior experience in the IT area will make it easier for you to find a good position in the former areas as compared to the latter (traditional) ones. Compensation depends on your skills and the kind of company you join.
Overall, it should be attractive in all the areas; however , the revenue generating functions always have an edge. As compared to technical roles, long-term onsite opportunities are low in all these areas; however , the options are relatively less in the "traditional " areas as compared to the "non-technical " areas in an IT company.
