Both courses are good. If you pursue M.Sc in biochemistry then you will get career options related to production of medicines in pharmaceutical companies. If you pursue management in health administration then it will be a management job in hospitals or pharma industries. First you have to decide whether you want to go for engineering or pilot. If you want to become an engineer then prepare for JEE well. If you want to become a pilot then you can pursue graduation course in science and you have to join pilot training institutes where you will get training and after earning flying hours you can apply for CPL license.
