It depends on a lot of factors like what you want to study, budget, interests, your academic background, etc. Pursuing Bachelors degree abroad will open more options and opportunities for you. A pathway to a MS right away, however you must keep a check on your long term plans.
If you are willing to study abroad, you must have a good academic profile and always look for a reputed university which is known globally.

Like German applicants, foreign students applying for admission to study at TUM must also have a higher education entrance qualification. If the school-leaving degree is not comparable to the German university entrance qualification, direct admission can only be granted after attending Studienkollegs (preparatory studies) and after having taken the university qualification assessment examination. Christ is declared to be deemed university. To be honest, the discipline and punctuality are what they expect from students and the university is cosmopolitan in nature. Apart from this initial few days students find it hard to accommodate but once the pace starts, believe me, you will love it and the placements are 95% .

There are many B-Schools where you will get good exposure to corporate world. IIMs are leaders in this, followed by some good institutes like S.P.Jain, FMS-Delhi, Xavier's (XLRI and XIMB), JBIMS, IFMR and SIBM. All are known for MBA and good placements. It depends on individual's interest which stream he/she is interested in, Students interested in HR can try for TISS/XLRI, students interested in finance can look for IIMs, IFMR, S.P.Jain, those interested in Marketing can go for XIMB and students having interest in operations stream can opt for NITIE. These are some options (not explicit) which one can look for.

For MBA in finance B.Com is best, as MBA course of finance include basics of finance and accounting concepts like valuation of bonds/equity accounting concepts like depreciation, lease etc. So, your basic concepts need to be clear if you are opting for Finance. Colleges like IIM-Calcutta, Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR) are known for MBA in finance.
