Yes, you can but different universities have different entry requirements so you must check these on the websites. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL to meet the English language requirements.

Yes, why not. But a lot will depend on your interview. Be prepared on questions like what you have learned from this job (relate to management, difficulties in this business , trends, competitors of your employer & leader in this industry worldwide and in India (expect a sure shot question on this) etc etc) , a great depth and breadth of knowledge will be rewarded.

You should start visiting university websites, check out the deadlines, entry requirements, fee, etc. and make your choices. You have to be very active and alert, the admission processes usually starts a year ahead of the class intakes so you have to apply immediately after obtaining your diploma. Chances will be less that you can start classes from next year onwards but you can target January 2019 intakes of many universities.
