In terms of normal medical shop's earnings. It depends upon factors like the location of the shop (if near hospital, you earn well enough) (If your medical shop is located between other medical shop, then there would be too much competition among you). Also the popularity of the shop matters too.
One of my friend's father owns a medical shop. He earns around 12,000/day.
His shop is located in the square corner of the road in the city. Most importantly, in that area no other medical shop is located, apart his.
