Hardware and networking courses after class 12th:
Bachelor's degree courses
BE or B.Tech in Computer Science (Networks and Cyber Security) 4 years
BE or B.Tech in IT and Networking 4 years
B.Sc in Hardware and Networking 3 years
B.Sc in Networking Technology 3 years
Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Technology programs are 4 years long academic programs. B.Sc. programs are 3 years long.Students who have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics subjects from a recognized board are eligible to pursue these courses.Note: IT and Computer Science courses are closely related to hardware and networking. A standard Diploma course is 3 years long. However, some institutes are also known to offer 1-2 years long Diploma courses.

To appear for the UPSC or civil services exam all you need to do is graduation degree.
There are some eligibility criteria like educational qualification, age limit, Nationality and no. of attempts that candidates should check before filling the application form.
