After B.Sc computer science, you can try for Bank PO, government Sector jobs, systems analyst, web designer, information systems manager, IT consultant, etc.
You can also go for further studies like M.Sc (IT), M.Sc (computer science), MCA, M.Sc in software engineering, M.Sc computer technology, MBA, etc.

Can you explain your question?
If you are asking about the CTs and model then, yes because it affects your result when you fail to attend. The marking system is combined with result i.e 10% CT 1, 10 for CT 2 and 20 for the model and 50 for semesters.

Hyy sir don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies.
