Hey Arun, Obviously you are looking for degree value as ranking. And in New Zealand, Universities are highly ranked and serves very good quality of education & placements and also degree value in international market. well polytechnics rank amongst themselves and have value only in national market and also again after university student. thus, it becomes very difficult to rank. Hence, university degree is highly ranked, later is polytechnics & institute of technology at the same level depending on which course/study prgram you choose on basis of degree acceptance for job prospect. feel free to contact me for any further assistance. chi

Mass communication is an umbrella under which journalism, advertising, PR and media studies fall. There are many good universities like Nitte University, Mangalore, Symbiosis University, Pune and Amity University. Some are very expensive without being equally good. So check the university fees on their websites before you join. In my view, you shouldn't be paying more than Rs.2 lakh for the entire UG/PG program, exclusive of hostel and mess charges.
