MCA is advisable if you want to explore career options in Web Development, Software Development, Database Administration, Hardware and Networking.
The course content, your own expertise and your performance in the interview assures you a good job.
I would recommend to analyse your interests and aptitude for various domains and your future aspirations and then make a choice between MCA and M.SC (CS/IT)
