Hi,
Two regular courses can't be pursued together, one should be regular and the other should be distance / short term certificate course. In context to your query, you may pursue B.Com through correspondence mode and study CA alongside.
No doubt, managing two courses will be strenuous task and will demand proper time. Opt for two ONLY if you believe that you can perform and score well as it gets tougher by doubling the burden.
Pursuing two courses together won't help attain a good job. It depends on how well you have handled the stress, understood the subject and scored well. It is your hard work and determination that would pay you at the end.
