JEE exams are just tricky. Just clarify your concepts and then try. You will solve most of the previous year's questions and in JEE advance you need to use many concepts in same questions.
To get a good NIT you must secure 170+ marks out of 360 and total marks vary in JEE advance but to acquire a seat score should be 130+. If questions are very difficult then 100+ is sufficient to get a seat.

Considering your exams are in March 2017 you have 2 months to prepare and I'll take the worst case scenario here that you have just opened your books today. Just create a timetable. Work outwards in, by this I mean, allocate time for your sleep and leisure (Ideal would be around 10 hours in a 24 hour day window). Keeping a buffer of 2 hours for miscellaneous work you might have, you still have 12 hours per day to study.
