With only 140 marks in JEE Mains out of 360, is too low a score. From this year, marks in 12th board do not count. You need to score more than 280-300.

No, nothing goes that way, yes there is an advantage for the work ex people joining the college. But, those 2 years is itself an experience. If you can perform well in that period then you will also be able to grab the same as the experienced ones. So, being patient, focused and regular are the keys for success after 2 years of MBA.
