since you are very small and you have plenty of time in hand to prepare. it is advisable you go through entire format of PCS(J) in detail. remain updated about the latest happenings and keep track of all the national-international happenings. watch news channels and read good English newspapers & journals.
you have to be a graduate in law to sit for the exam.
go for BA & then LLB or an integrated 5 yr degree of law.
