- Diploma holders need to possess three-year work experience to pursue the programme

It is always better to pursue a degree programme than a Diploma programme. The employers will always give preference to a degree holder over a Diploma holder, especially at Under Graduate level. A graduation degree is recognised by universities for higher education and therefore has more credibility.
