If you wish not to do a job for next 3 to 4 years, you may go for lateral entry. Lots of private engineering colleges are allowing lateral entry for Diploma pass students. However, the best option for a Diploma pass student who is engaged in a job is to do AMIE.

Hello Sai,
Once someone does MBA, his previous education is sort of erased. The person becomes a manager. In addition, IIM- A desires that the class should have as wide an exposure as possible of other streams hence at least one student belongs to the widest possible stream of education. Best opportunities come to IIM-A way!
