No IGNOU does not provide ITI . But you can do some similar Certificate courses. One of the bid disadvantages of IGNOU is that there will be No Practical Knowledge. And for ITI one need practical knowledge.

Yes, all IGNOU degrees are valid for any purpose, whether you are appearing for any entrance exams or employment exams. It has recognition at the national as well as international levels. IGNOU is a recognized university under the UGC and a government university. Adding further, an IGNOU degree is approved by the Distance Education Bureau (UGC) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) as well. Additionally, IGNOU provides free UPSC CSE coaching to scheduled caste candidates at no cost. Every year, IGNOU invites applications from scheduled caste students for free coaching of UPSC IAS (prelims and mains).

You can apply for SBI PO post after graduating from IGNOU. The educational qualification prescribed for the exam is graduation in any discipline or equivalent from a recognised central university. The final year degree candidates can also apply for the exam subject to the condition that if called for interview they need to provide relevant Certificate signifying that they passed graduation. More marks will be awarded if you write a valid points from the reference points, rather than everything from the IGNOU material, but still IGNOU material is awesome but it gives only overview of everything, and so to dig more you need to reference the reference text books suggested in each subject.

Generally, MBA from IGNOU is only recommended if you are a working professional and want to have a degree to boost your existing growth. However, it is not recommended over residential or traditional MBA programs as they don't offer campus placement facilities but just placement from their regional offices and a degree. The fee structure is as follows:
Fee: Rs 15500/- Per Semester, total 4 semesters=Rs 62000/-
That being said the perks are also that you don't have to crack any competitive exam.

The evening colleges of DU allow students to earn for their living and educational expenses while learning another advantage is that evening college provides you ample of time for preparing competitive exams like CS CA CAT for which morning college students often miss lectures because of certain reasons. It started after the morning college somewhere around 3:00pm till 7:30.

According to last year DU UG counselling & DU PG counselling will be conducted through offline mode. The authority of counselling will release the list of candidate selected for counselling. The selected candidates need to appear for interview or group discussion round as per the course you have chosen. It has few steps also for counselling :-
1- the merit list or DU cutoff for UG based courses will be released by the university for providing admission.

At Delhi University, the Department of Computer Science under the Faculty of Mathematical Science offers MCA. You'll be allowed the department itself, not colleges. There are in total 46 seats in DU MCA and classes are held in the department itself. There's no other batch or class for MCA in DU for the same year. Only the north campus offers it when seen concerning whole Delhi University.
