American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.

You can refer to various aptitude related books for entrance exams like CAT, Bank PO etc for Paper I. For the second part they will have to refer to previous year papers and also books oriented to the Electronics.
You can set a proper learning plan for the test. Equal importance must be given for all sections. Revision should be done frequently for attaining better result. It is advisable to go for mock tests regularly. This will help one to find out the mistakes. It is good to go through the last year question papers of IIIT.
Model question papers of the preceding years can be purchased from all leading book stores. Sometimes, guide books you'll buy would contain a few question papers. Besides this, you can always search the internet and download question papers. Numerous sites will provide you with these papers.
