If you want to opt the specialization related to your bachelor's degree then go MBA-Telecom Management or you can also do MBA-Systems. Still you have a confusion then wait until you complete your 1st year of MBA so you have a clear idea about the various specializations then you can make your choice as specializations are opted in 2nd year

It depends on the institution you applied. Some universities asks us to sent application form along with the photocopies of required documents ( score cards, memorandums etc.,)
