The question you posted is not so specific so as to provide any suggestion. Ireland has many universities having different admission requirements, fees and so on. Then it also depends if you want to study Bachelor degree or Masters. You have not specified any such thing. You should visit the university websites and see it yourself. Trinity College Dublin, NUI Galway, University College Cork, etc. are famous ones.

For JBIMS, last year the cut-off was 99.93 percentile for general category, and for OBC, it was around 99.67 percentile. With your current CET percentile, it is not possible to get admission for MS course.
